Manzanar and CAIR
Reader comment on item: The Japanese Internment, CAIR, and Me

Submitted by Ynnatchkah (United States), Nov 27, 2007 at 15:22

One could write an essay, perhaps me, regarding the hypocrisy of CAIR concerning the Japanese Internment. Truly CAIR does not give a darn for any people's suffering, even if it includes Muslims not their allies. The only suffering that they truly defend is the suffering of Islamic terrorists and predators.

A couple of years ago I read the "Farewell to manzanar", having watched a commentary by Gordon Mayabayashi (I hope I wrote correctly his name), where he exposes testimonials of some of those who were in this camp. Neither the book itself, nor the documentary, cluster with CAIR's outrage.

I did not read Mrs. Malkin's book, however, her information regarding the data the US government held at that time, really proceeds. Yet, one shall recall that even in the documentary about manzanar, a motto was displayed: You cannot ever compare Manzanar with Auschwitz/ Bergen-Belsen or any concentration camp in Europe, for what Manzanar had neither the reason for existence as Auschwitz had, nor the ends.

The US had the right and obligation of taking caution, especially b/c the Japanese supported the Nazis. At that time, the US was more blessed for not having so many Islamic Fundamentalist Predators in the soil. So, the nonsense regarding the CAIR's supporters is aberrant.

Finally, several questions arise in my mind:

1, Why CAIR does not scream as such regarding the concentration camps in Europe that exterminated millions.

2. Why CAIR arouses this subject, other than to bash Dr; Pipes ...

3. Where is CAIR screaming about the Nablus concentration camp that the Nazis supported by the Mufti- Islamo fascist in the Land of Israel, on the second war, tried to build? ...
