Against the tide

I am an avid reader and student of your works and I appreciate your efforts to find redeeming features in Islam. It is becoming increasingly clear however that the Islam is Islam. Whether the radicalism that is exhibiting itself increasingly, is a distortion of true Islam, is something that I do not concur with. It is more a case of Islam is now being practised in its purest form- the original, dangerous, intolerant, violent and abhorrent kind.

That is why polls in the UK have clearly demonstrated a massive sympathy and empathy by British Muslims for the Islamic terrorism that now threatens Western Civilization! Islam is inherently violent and coercive. The "moderate" Muslims are little more than cover for the evil that it is. It is also why a significant of Muslim dissidents siagree with your point of view. Because they know!
