This has nothing to do with the move to a new campus.

In fact, President Arnold's letter was drafted in response to a completely separate issue to the sale of the old campus. It is actually not possible for the university to sell the Main campus because, being a former palace, it has been categorized as a historical/heritage structure. So, the "sale to Israel" is a moot point.

As with any person in such a position, Mr Arnold is all about the PR and is, as such, a master of the art of diverting attention from the actual matter at hand. ...
