I am sick of the attempts by Newsweek (and Time) to substitute "cute" titles and images for even basic research and presentation standards. Apparently they hope to return to their previously high sales without reforming fundamental deficiencies in the way political bias and corruption-by-advertising can permeate their entire publishing process.
Also, "neocon" is mostly an antiSemitic codeword in the present scheme of things. I worry about the New Left more than the New Right, although the former don't want me to see it thus.
Oh yeah, and Giuliani '08! If Pipes and Kramer are on board, so am I! Michael Oren will have to add another chapter to his book on how President Giuliani's White House was the first in American history to employ real, level-headed experts at such senior levels in its Near East policymaking.
