Conspiracy theoriesReader comment on item: Diana and Arab Conspiracy Submitted by Monty (United Kingdom), Sep 29, 2007 at 08:21 What I find most fascinating about the conspiracy theories is the stories that never even get started. No-one ever postulated the theory that Fayyed, not Diana, was the target of an assassin. Why is that? Why do their fevered imaginations all point in the same direction? Could it be because they are all desperately seeking a pretext for nursing a grievance? Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
