You're not naive or un-intellectual. The Bible absolutely explains our current situation (including Israel-Arab conflict). Satan wants the extermination of the Jewish race so that God's promise to Abraham (which won't be fullfilled until the Millenium) will be impossible for God to fullfill. Ergo, Hitler; Stalin; and the Arabs (descendants of Ishmael and Esau), throughout history.

The Lord also said to Abraham - Gen. 12:3 : 'And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse.'

There are many, many examples of anti-semitism bringing the fall of different cultures, governments (Tzarist Russia, Hitler's Germany,, etc.) throughout history. Even now, I think it's evident the Middle East is falling under Gen. 12:3.

Thank God that the U.S.A. is a 'haven' for Jews. It's one reason we're such a blessed nation.

In closing, answering your question, "Is there another King David out there?", I would submit the brilliant Binyamin Netanyahu. While I doubt he would deliver 200 Philistine testicles (as David did to King Saul for his daughter's hand in marriage) to President Bush, I believe Mr.Netanyahu would more than sufficiently fit the bill for a modern-day King David. -JS
