What is really a madrassa v. Kuttab?

If by a madrassa we mean Islamic school ala Pakistan and ala tablighees, I doubt it very much that this is what this school will be all about. I suspect that it will be a kuttab where it will be run and dominated by Muslims from the Middle East, and yes in due time islam will creep in. This does not mean that Pakistanis and tablighees will not be sending their children to such school but Paki/tablighees are realizing that madrassaa as well as Mullahs are nothing but a joke and I will not be surprised that in due time Paki/tablighees will be calling their madrassas kuttabs as well as their mullahs the Arabic imam.
