Jay Canada, the least matter you need to worry about is "hanging heads". If you had been following the world news you should have noticed that the preferred practice of Muslims is to remove the head with a sharp knife. It's easier to put a number of heads on display than a number of bodies. Cutting heads off by Muslims has been a historical practice and they are expert at it.
