A fascinating theoryReader comment on item: The Soviets' Six-Day War Submitted by Ephraim Margolin (United States), Sep 6, 2007 at 14:47 Foxbats is a fascinating theory. It ties many facts to its conclusions. If it is correct, it constitutes an indictment of the intelligence apparatus of the US. And of the Soviets. And of Israel. Even if partly wrong, it is a good background to the study of Soviet penetration of Egypt aroung the Aswan Dam days. And its failure, after the re-supply following the war. It is amazing how the 1967 war ends in American emergence as Egypt's supplier of arms! Excellent book!
