Cut Gaza's Power?

OF COURSE any country at war ( besides Israel, it seems) should not be supplying power and water and food to the enemy. Looking back on the record of Ehud Olmert, one has to ask what good he has ever done for his nation. It's high time to cut HIS power before he further saps Israel's resources and will to survive.
