... which is why for the past thirty years we have had roadside breath tests, and massive publicity campaigns to warn us of the risks attendant upon driving after a relatively small intake. It takes very little to extend the reaction time to sudden unexpected stimuli. That is why the limit is so low. Obviously, this lesson has been lost on PL.
