booo hoooo! Getting quite tired of this useless, little ...and all the bleeding hearted arguments to save him, repatriate him, the tyrranical US, etc, etc.

Get over it. Omar Khadr and ilk like him including his family DO NOT DESERVE CANADA!! Let's leave feelings out of it and look at the facts:

He killed someone and therefore should face murder charges. It really doesn't matter if he was 15 or 50 unless you can submit that he is the one and only teen ever to be charged with murder. He is not a prisoner of war and has no rights as a POW under the Geneva Conventions. His family was/ is heavily involved with al Qaeda and therefore should all be suspected of having committed treason.

Barring charges there is a still a good argument to keeping him locked up. POW's were kept incarcerated until the end of WWII to prevent them from re-entering the fray. After the war ended, they were sent home. Should it be any different for these prisoners?

Now I'll ask you two questions to sum up. These are particularly pointed at those that think we should not be involved in the fray. Do you want the likes of Omar Khadr and his friends wandering around loose on the streets of your town? Will your mind be changed when the first suicide bomber detonates himself in the middle of a crowded shopping mall on a busy Saturday morning in your city?
