As per the contentions of the leaders of the Muslim community, the media in Russia and indeed all over the world portrays them in unfavourable light. This statement reflects the much visible strategy of these leaders to present themselves as perpetual victims of the perceived hostility of the non-Muslims even while they continue to enjoy their hospitality. It is indeed amazing to note that they never self-introspect, to find out whether they,or members of their community, are themselves responsible for their negative portrayal in the media . We, the non-Muslims, on our part, make no distinction between a suicide bomber of the Middle-east and a Kashmiri jehadi out to kill the innocents, between the terrorists who bombed the U.S..embassies in Tanzania and Kenya, and the murderers holed up in the red mosque of Islamabad, between the Xinjiang separatists and those who are killing hundreds of innocents in Iraq and Afghanistan every day.
