Although I agree there is a number of Christians out here that want to see Israel as a Jewish homeland I think a closer analysis of their motives show that it's not always for positive reasons. Many of these Christians are only for a Jewish state because they believe it's part of an un-folding Christian revelation for all of mankind and most especially Jews to be brought to Jesus Christ. In other words they read their bible and see in it that before the so called "Second Coming of Christ" a Jewish return to Israel most happen and then Jesus will return and all the Jews everywhere will become Christians etc etc. These people have no particuliar love of Jews as people or Judaism as a religion. Their support is contingent on the eventual destruction (conversion) of all Jews to the so called "true" faith, which is of course there's. As the old saying goes, "with friends like these who needs enemies."
