Jahangirnagar University in Dhaka Bangladesh: Students complained that a physics professor, Obaidur Rahman, insisted that women in his class wear a veil and gave his students an assignment to write an essay glorifying Allah. They also said that he threatened to stop teaching if they did not do as he demanded. (Sept. 30, 2004)
